Kettlebell and Weight Training Yoga are two great ways to get toned and strong.

By design, the kettlebell's center of gravity lays 6- 8 inches outside of your grip; this replicates the forces that you'll encounter in activities in daily life and will help with balance and strength. 

Grab a pair of light weights or a light Kettlebell and let's get started. This will be appropriate for all levels.
