The best way to learn yoga is to start doing yoga. We will explore the basic yoga poses in a very gentle yoga flow using the poses that are traditional to yoga. There will be some standing poses such as Warrior One and Tree Pose and some poses that are done sitting down such as a seated twist or a supine twist. Everyone can do yoga and I will show you how.
