CHAIR YOGAChair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is great for people that are in their office or for those that would not like to do mat yoga.
It is in the process of being widely accepted as a type of yoga distinct from other types, such as Lyengar Yoga or Ashtanga yoga. Often the poses, or Asanas, are often adaptations of Hatha yoga poses. |
